How Pool Screen Repair Requests Work
A request starts with your call or form, may be shared with an available third-party provider, and ends with that provider—not this website—confirming scope, availability, timing, pricing, and service terms directly with you.
The Routing Process
We designed this process to be transparent. You describe the issue once, and we route it to an available provider. Here is exactly what happens when you use this site.
You Describe the Issue
You call our routing number or fill out the online form. You provide the property city, the type of damage (e.g., torn wall panel, door won't latch), and the approximate scope. Plain language is fine.
We Route the Request
The site shares your request and contact information with an available third-party provider in the network. Routing a request is not a confirmation that the job is accepted.
The Provider Confirms
The provider contacts you directly. They confirm whether they can service your address, whether an on-site inspection is needed, their current availability, pricing, permit responsibilities, and written terms.
What Determines Timing?
This site does not publish standard response times or completion guarantees because we do not control the provider's schedule. The timeline depends on:
- The provider's current workload and availability.
- The service address.
- The size of the job (one panel vs. a full rescreen).
- Product availability (specialty mesh may need to be ordered).
- Whether structural frame work requires engineering or a permit.
Ready to start?
Describe the issue and your city. An available provider will reach out to confirm.
